By now the question  must be asked, how large is your strike zone P.M?  After Wilmoth Daniel said another Minister offered him a bribe and wrote to you stating who offered him the bribe, and after the report of the multimillion dollar fencing scandal has become public; when will Baldwin Spencer admit that there are sufficient grounds to hold a public enquiry.
