Baldwin Spencer and U.P.P. Chartering Planes But Leaving Antiguans & Barbudans to Pick UP The Tab

In the desperation to win the 2009 general election in Antigua & Barbuda Baldwin Spencer and Bruce Goodwin spent US$60,000.00 to charter a plane to bring home Antigua students studying in Cuba to vote. The $60,000.00 to charter the plane were not United Progressive Party campaign funds, but were taken from the government treasury without parliamentary debate on the matter, or any form of transparency and accountability.
